I, the undersigned, as the participant or as the parent/legal guardian of the minor participant, hereby authorize ASD GATTO’S SCHOOL, based in Via Papa Giovanni XXIII, 11 – 23807 Merate (LC), Tax Code 92071040130, to take photographic images during activities organized by GATTO’S SCHOOL.

I grant the right to use such images on GATTO’S SCHOOL’s social media channels and for the creation of promotional materials such as posters and advertisements for various activities.
For the use of images in posters or specific promotional materials, I agree to provide informal confirmation of my consent upon prior notification from GATTO’S SCHOOL.

I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by notifying GATTO’S SCHOOL of my decision.

This consent is valid for the duration of my registration for the current sports season, and will remain effective for 365 days from the date of confirmation of registration and insurance.

I accept that the use of these images will not result in any financial compensation, and I acknowledge that participation in GATTO’S SCHOOL activities does not entitle me or my child to any remuneration for the use of such images.
